This workshop presents guidance on how to control the beautiful long sustain of the wire-strung harp. We will review the three things you can do to a string, and learn how the different combinations of those three things can result in neatly produced effects on the harp. This workshop can be adapted to different skill levels, from the earliest learner to the more advanced harper. In advanced situations, the members of the groups will also be invited to share with each other the techniques they have developed so to spread the re-discovery of the technique of playing the Wire Strung Harp.
